Conditions

If you were unable to pay with the fuel card when refuelling your lease car and paid the amount yourself, you may submit an expense claim under certain conditions. We only process fuel claims that reach us through the expense claim system/form with all details correctly completed. The following conditions apply:

• The refuelling took place less than 3 months ago
• Fuel: a legible copy of the original fuel receipt is attached
• Charging costs: a legible photo of the charging station showing the kWh charged is attached, plus proof of payment showing the details of the costs incurred
• Engine oil: can only be processed with written approval from the fleet manager (this must be carried out at the dealer)
• You follow the guidance to use affiliated fuel stations; Wevi reserves the right to reject a claim if you regularly refuel at a non-affiliated station
• The minimum claim amount is € 20.00 (except for refuelling replacement vehicles, or returning them with a full tank, for drivers who only have a charging tag)
• Administration fees may be deducted from the claim, depending on the claim and the agreements with your employer.
